Shipments and Returns


All items purchased are handmade to order especially for you.
You will need to wait 3-4 weeks for your accessory to be made, after this period of time it will be packaged with our wonderful packaging and shipped with tracked shipping.

We try to accommodate rush orders where possible, so if you need your favorite piece quicker, please contact us via the contact page before ordering or email kokkolindoshop@gmail.com
We recommend purchasing your accessory at least 2-3 months before your big day, it would be perfect if you had your accessory already at the first hairstyle trial.
While we offer rush orders where possible and expedited shipping services, there may be shipping delays that are beyond our control, particularly with international orders.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THERE MAY BE CUSTOMS COSTS ONCE THE PARCEL ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY.

Returns and Cancellations

- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery of the items, return shipping will be at your expense. Make sure they are returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
 If the return does not satisfy these conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be issued.
Please note that the shipping costs incurred in order to send the package to you will be deducted from the refunds.

​- Unfortunately international orders are not returnable due to import taxes.

- Rush orders are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions.

- Due to the nature of custom-made orders, these purchases are non-refundable.

- Earrings and necklaces are not refundable for hygienic reasons.
